APP Day-time Hospitalist Needed in Beautiful Western, NC

UNC Caldwell is the choice for health care in Caldwell County. The Emergency Department sees approximately 30,000 visits a year. UNC Health Medical Group provides the majority of primary care and select specialty care to our market from thirteen separate medical park locations throughout the county. Our 137-bed licensed hospital is a member of the UNC Health System located in the foothills of the beautiful Blue Ridge mountains.

Position Details:

• Work with a team of experienced and highly skilled physicians, physician assistants and nurse practitioners
• Focus on teamwork, work-life balance, and flexibility
• Standardized documentation and extensive resources to ensure maximal efficiency and support while minimizing unnecessary and time consuming duties
• 12 hour shifts, 7a-7p
• EMR - Epic
• In house specialty backup available from Cardiology, Nephrology, General Surgery, Orthopedic Surgery, Vascular Surgery, ENT, Pulmonology, Podiatry, Urology
• Location- 321 Mulberry Street, SW, Lenoir, NC 28645
