Central Carolina Hospital, a Duke Lifepoint Hospital in Sanford, North Carolina (45min from Raleigh) is growing with the addition of an employed APP to strengthen our established team at Community Family Care Clinic also conveniently located in Sanford. Those who are currently practicing or are currently in training can be considered.

Position Detail:

• Two providers; 1 MD 1 APP
• Outpatient only
• Anticipate 20-25 patients per day
• Athena in the Clinic / Cerner in the Hospital
• Take over an established patient panel
• Clinic sees all ages
